According to mediabynumbers, The movie amounted for $ 158,411,483 at the end of the first week of its release. The second week it grabbed $ 75,166,466 and the third week resulted in $ 42,664,219 thus giving it a total earning of $ 400,031,000 so far!
With this kind of response to the sequel, it only raises the bar for Christopher Nolan and his crew to make an even better and breath-taking Batman 3! My goodness, you mean they have to try to top The Dark Knight? Holy popcorn and cheese nachos!
