If you are an action movie fan, you will feel a lot more satisfied. There are enough explosions, bangs, and violence to keep you entertained. Bear in mind that his movie is Rated R so it is not advisable for your kids to view this one with you.
All in all, Tropic Thunder is a wacky comedy. If you loved M.A.S.H, you will enjoy this one to the core
THE MUMMY: TOMB OF THE DRAGON EMPEROR - [ 3/10 ]
Rachel Weisz was wise to part with the franchise. The movie even begins with the notion that Mr. and Mrs. O’Connell have retired. All signs inside and outside the production pointed out that The Mummy has run full course. And when Evelyn’s brother, Jonathan, himself said the lines, “I’ve seen enough mummies to last a lifetime!“, I could almost hear a silent echo of ‘Amen’ resonate from the very walls of the cinema hall.
THE MIDNIGHT MEAT TRAIN - [ 7.5/10 ]
For any one who loves and craves for quality gore, this movie will not disappoint you. It is an A-class slasher that will send chillers down your spine. If you think horror movies don’t scare you any more, give this one a shot.
As the movie ended, I was sitting there with awe and admiration for the genius Nolan is. I felt privileged to be part of a generation that will tell its future generations about a classic that spanned a generation itself.
Batman: The Dark Knight, in all its glory and darkness, is here to please!
HANCOCK - [ 6.5/10 ]If you can get over the absurdities thrown at you in the second half and can do with the lack of a super villain, then you will enjoy the movie.
I did too but the whole package just didn’t do for me.
WANTED - [ 5/10 ]Hated the ending. Despite the twist in the second half with an important revelation that changes the course of the movie, and let’s just even ignore for a second that the movie was ridiculously stretched, the ending should have been an open one with something left for the audience’s imagination.
X FILES: I WANT TO BELIEVE- [ 4/10 ]
Bare minimum action, an ordinary story, no green men and nothing amazing in the supernatural department. It is time to accept and move on: The X Files were good while they lasted.
